Need To See a Doctor Today?

If you are not feeling well and need to see a doctor quickly, you are welcome to walk-in at True Care Medical Center. We offer walk-in hours where physicians will see without prior appointment. If you are experiencing severe symptoms which can include chest pain, continuous bleeding, and shortness of breath or if you have any major injury, we advise you to go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Patients with following symptoms are welcome at True Care Medical Center. If you are not sure, please feel free to call us at (289) 429-0350 or (289) 429-0351 and we would be happy to assist you.

Preparing for your Visit

If you are an Ontario patient, please bring your OHIP card at every visit as you will be asked to present your OHIP card. We also welcome Non-OHIP patients so please check with our staff and they would be happy to assist you.

We ask our patients to bring a valid OHIP card and am updated list of medications so that the physician can give you best possible advice.

After you arrive at the clinic, you will be asked to complete your check-in at the reception.

After check-in, you will be asked to be seated until one of the physician will become available. 

One of our team member will escort you to the exam room and have you set-up for your visit with the physician.
